RECIPE #15 - ROSEMARY ROASTED CHICKEN

2 tsp Paprika
1 1/2 tsp Crushed rosemary leaves
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 coarse ground pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 whole roasting chicken


Mix oil, all of the spices and salt in a bowl.  Rub mixture over chicken to coat well.  Place chicken in a roasting pan.  Roast in a preheated 425 degree oven for 2 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
