here. I made it tonight to go with homemade spaghetti. It was amazing!!!!
1 loaf French Bread
6 oz can of Pimento stuffed green olives
6 oz can of black olives
2 stalks green onions (scallions)
1 stick butter, room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise (we prefer Bama brand)
3/4 lb of Monterey Jack cheese, grated (we used Monterey/Cheddar mixed)
Roughly chop both black and green olives. Slice green onions into thin pieces. Combine butter, mayo, cheese, olives, and onions in a mixing bowl. Stir together until thoroughly combined. Spread mixture onto French Bread that has been sliced lengthwise. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and browning.
