Last year, I came across a site about sending cards to the troops overseas. I checked on a few and found this one to be the most reliable. We mailed out cards the beginning of December and are planning on doing the same this year. It is through Pitney Bowes and the Red Cross. The do have a few rules to follow to ensure that the cards are safe for the soldier that will receive it. Cards are divided among active soldiers, veterans, families, and those in military hospitals.
