One of my favorite fire department recipes. And it is as yummy as it is easy.
2 pounds ground beef
2 cans of Rotel
2 packs of taco seasoning
1 family size Velvetta Shells and Cheese
1 bag of tortilla chips, crushed
Shredded Taco Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350. Brown and drain ground beef. Add taco seasoning per directions on bag. While cooking beef, cook the Velvetta Shells and Cheese as directed. In a large bowl, mix pasta, ground beef, rotel, and crushed chips. Place in a casserole dish and cover with shredded cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted.
