Down On The Farm

Taft and I went to the Flagler County Public Library to see a play about the farm last night.  It was to kick off National Library Week and was preformed by Tales Two Tell.  You can go here to the library calendar page to find other things to do this week.
Taft was one of the first kids to get there.  We always try to be on time and get a good seat when we go places. This lead to him being the first child picked to help out in one of the songs.  He wasn't sure about being "on stage" with Ms. Robin.
He felt better about it when other kids came up to help them sing B-I-N-G-O and ended up holding the letter I.

Ms Robin and Ms. Autumn were very funny and did a great job acting out the stories that they told.
Afterwards, they gave all the kids a very nice Tales Two Tell bookmark to take home and Taft wanted to get his picture taken at the "barn".

When I finished taking his photo, a reporter from the newspaper asked to take a photo and got his name.  He said that he may be in the newspaper on Saturday.  I hope that he is because Taft would be so excited to see himself in the paper!
