Teacher Appreciation Day

Last week was Teacher Appreciation Week at Magic Forest. I would have had no idea except them put it on the very bottom of the May Newsletter. I hope that people remembered to bring the teachers a little something to say "Thank You". Ms. Celeste is very good with Taft. I know that she treats him well because he will snuggle in to her when she picks him up.

While Taft and I were out shopping, I let him pick a card for Ms. Celeste. I thought that he picked a cute one. I wasn't sure what to get her but Taft saw these cookies as we walked past the bakery. He pointed and jumped and I asked him if he wanted to get them for Ms. Celeste. He said yes. I am sure that really he hoped that they were for him, but he was nice and let her have them the next morning at school.

I planned on getting a picture of him and Celeste but had other ideas Wednesday morning. He would not let me do it, so I didn't push the issue and get him upset. I have to say that it was a little fun getting him a gift for his first teacher.
