Taft has had a bad year with allergies. Usually just a little Zyrtec before bed and he is great. Maybe a little Benadryl here and there for the running nose and things are fine.
Not this year. He developed a terrible cough. One of those where he coughed on average once every 12 seconds. All day. All night.
Finally his teacher wrote a note about the cough. I had done all that I could. Zyrtec, Benadryl, Delsym...I was out of things to try. And then I remembered what a huge difference Singulair made for me. So off to his doctor we went.
Thankfully, his doctor suggested Singulair knowing that it has worked for me. And a big plus is that Singulair is in a chewable. Taft calls it his pill and he loves it. We got his first 30 days at our local pharmacy and his next 90 were mail order just like mine. He was so excited to get them and we are just excited that they seem to be helping.
