RECIPE #3 - CHICKEN CASSEROLE

I have made this casserole for years and have eaten it lots of different places.  Today I tried a little twist by adding artichoke hearts.  We loved it!

Chicken Casserole
1 boiled chicken, de-boned
16 oz of sour cream
1 can cream of chicken coup
Sour cream and onion potato chips
Salt and Pepper
*Added a 14 oz can of artichoke hearts

Boil, de-bone, and shred chicken.  Place in a casserole dish.  Mix sour cream, soup, artichoke hearts, and salt and pepper to taste.  Pour mixture over chicken.  Top with crushed sour cream and onion chips. Bake about 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
