RECIPE #19 - HONEY GARLIC STEAK


Ingredients: 
Steak
Honey Garlic Marinade from Gourmet Warehouse of Hilton Head (we got it at Publix)
Olive Oil

Place marinade and steak in a glass container and put in the fridge for at least an hour.  When ready to cook, drain meat and place in a non-stick skillet with 2 teaspoons olive oil.  Saute until meat is medium rare (or to your liking).  You can add a small amount of marinade onto the cooked steak for added flavor.
