Neighborhood Nature Walk

Each morning, Taft and I meet up with our neighbors, Lauren and Sarah, to walk at least 2 miles in the neighborhood. Everyday we see birds and sometimes our little hawk (Herbie). We have a few lots that don't have houses on them yet and are still uncleared. We have trees and bushes and that means animals. This morning I had taken the camera to get photos of the hawk nest in the lot next door. We believe that dear Herbie has a girlfriend and possible babies this spring.

On the lot to the other side of our house we have a bunny. Bunny has been here as long as we have and I hope that she is able to stick around. Sarah really enjoyed seeing the sweet bunny. Taft was asleep in his stroller and missed it. Herbie with a worm
